Over the Weekend..

Hello there! Last weekend was oh-so tiring, but fun for me. I did some crafting stuff for me and Vicar's 42nd monthsary. Then I had a pancit mashang date with my other half again. Then,  spent my Saturday sleeping most of the time (lovin' it so much). Then last Sunday was our 42nd monthsary (that's 3 years and six months). We spent out alone time together first then on the afternoon, we headed off to our church to attend to our youth fellowship/hearts night (post valentine event). I was happy not only because I was with my bf almost the whole day, but because he got to reunite with his friends again and we learned so much about that night's fellowship. Reunited never felt soooo good! My guy right here with his best buds, Elaine and Paul. It's been years since they last got together. And I thank God they are together again. Love to see friends reunited. ;)

I'm so looking forward to this weekend cause I'll be reuniting again with my college friends and it's my first weekend being JOBLESS. =) Am I the only person who gets totally excited being jobless? Haha! Anyway, hope you had a great week everyone! xoxo, jen

Retirement Plans..

Hahaha! Did I confuse you there? It's not what you think. I'm not really retiring, as in I'm not getting old. In 7 days, I will be jobless again. After one year and a half of working (I can't tell my job right now, because it's a top secret, hehe!), I decided to quit, rest for a while and do things I really love. And now that I am soon-to-be jobless, I will list down my jobless plans here. =)

1. Lose weight. Will go back to boxing again. Yeah baby, I'm very serious about it this time. 

2. Get tons and tons and tons and tons of SLEEP! LOL! 

3. Enhance my photography skills. I'll be borrowing my friend's vintage SLR camera and start photographing pretty things! :)

4. Spend more quality time with my family, friends and my love.  
5. Have a room makeover!! I honestly want a sunny room this summer! :)
6. Buy a new laptop! Yes, I'll do it this time around. =)
7. Travel with my friends and with my love. 
8. Picnics maybe with my family and friends. 
9. Find a home-based part time job. So I can stay at home more often. 
10. Self  voice lessons everyday. Want to bring back my diva-like voice. Hahaha!



Being jobless doesn't mean that it's the end of the world for all of us. It's a start of something new. It's the time when you get to recharge to find new and better opportunities. So I don't really feel sad now that I'm heading off to this stage. 'Coz I know God has something great to offer. And I am soooo excited for that! xo, jen


PS: It's my dad's birthday today (Feb 24)!!! Happy birthday Papa! No words could express how much I love you! :-*

 Last weekend, I had a good rest and I spent some quality time with my family, because I sprained my foot. Thank goodness I am okay now. And thank goodness for Krispy Kreme donuts and coffee, they made me feel better. Hihi! How was your weekend girls? xoxo, jen

It's Never Too Late To Say...

Happy Valentines Day! Wow! I hope you enjoyed your Valentines Day. So how was it? I spent my Valentines since Sunday up to the day itself. It was really simple but oh-so sweet! And by the way, mom and dad celebrated their anniversary same as Vicar's mom and dad! What a coincidence! Well anyway, here's a quick recap of my Valentines week. ♥

 

Saturday:  Painted my nails with sunny colors (since I'm in love with sunny stuff).

Sunday: Spent the night with Vicar at their couples night event (church). 

Monday: Preparations. Preparations. Preparations. =)

TUESDAY: Valentines! Spent the night again with Vicar before heading to work. And he gave those three red roses! Sweet!

Wednesday: Post Valentines midnight date with my office mates. =)

Then, one of my office mate/bff, showed me this  gorgeous bouquet of flowers! It was actually a surprise for him. Superrr Sweet! ♥

I'm Back!!!

Whoa! It really feels good to be back and I can't wait to share with you my happenings over the weekend and the past three days. So, what happened with me, anyway?

Last weekend was a typical one, I took my sister Mia to a sisterdate, had some coffee and ultimate girl bonding! I love you sis!

 Then for the past four days, I was jobless (no, I was not laid off from work). Our company's currently experiencing technical problems, so we couldn't go to work as of the moment, so I did nothing but organize our house, eat, sleep, watch TV and cut my bangs!! =D

 Love drinking coffee and munchin' on some cookies while writing. Hee hee!

Found this while I was reorganizing my clothes. I got depressed 'coz I used to wear this when I was 40lbs lighter. Haha! Oh well, I still believe I can still wear this soon!!

 

I just cut my bangs again while watching New Girl.. Hee hee! I just love Zooey Deschanel sooooooooooo much!

 Here in my hometown, we call this Pancit Mashang. It's pancit with ketchup and sunny side up.. It's really delicious! And I've been eating this for the past few days already.. =)
